Our ASI-affiliated centre, a CONI-recognised sports body, offers members a wide range of disciplines and ample training spaces in fully air-conditioned premises.

Our courses

With a Technogym weight room equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, four fitness rooms (one of which is dedicated to Group Cycling Spinning) and four changing rooms, our centre is the ideal place to achieve your fitness goals. The many activities on offer, such as weight training, aerobic and toning gymnastics, Rebounding and Combat, make training fun and suitable for all fitness levels. In addition, our refreshment area offers a wide selection of protein drinks and healthy snacks.
