Affiliated with the CONI-recognised sports body, ASI, the amateur sports club offers a wide range of training options to its members. The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including the Technogym Weights Room, to meet the needs of those who wish to exercise using free weights or weight training. In addition, the 4 fitness rooms, including one dedicated to Group Cycling Spinning, offer many options for those who prefer to train in groups.
