    The TRX is a type of training that falls under functional training disciplines. In fact, it consists of exercises performed either on the floor or standing in suspension. Muscle toning movements are performed using two ropes, to be grasped by the handles, that descend from the ceiling (to which they are anchored). This type of 'ropes' exploits the body weight of the person doing the workout and, therefore, both the degree of toning and the weight load are perfectly calibrated to the effort required by each person's physique, in a customised manner.
